Obscura “Click Series A” Phone Point of Purchase Display
Blender + Illustrator
Goals
1. To create an eye-catching point of purchase display for a phone that could be interesting from any point of view. 2. For the customer to be able to be able to interact with the phone and get information about the other models of the phone. 3. To use light to get the customers attention and to guide them around the display.
Information
All aspects of this mockup were designed by me. Obscura specializes in selling phones with photographers in mind. What makes the company unique is the excellent cameras the phones come with. The overall form of the display is derived from the phone itself, creating a sense of visual unity between the product and its presentation. The upper section of the display highlights the phone, while the lower section functions as storage for additional packaged units. The packaging is designed to be minimal and modern. The brand identity, Obscura, is inspired by the concept of the camera obscura, with the logo serving as a direct visual interpretation of how the device operates.
Sells Seashells Packaging & Magazine Page
Blender + Illustrator
Goals
1. To create a modern design that can evolve over time. 2. For the customer to use the packaging as a display case for the shells. 3. To show off the packaging in a fully rendered video using blender.
Information
All aspects of this mockup were designed by me. Sell Seashells offers curated shells collected from locations around the world, with each package containing a unique selection tied to a specific country and beach, revealed only once the case is opened to emphasize a sense of mystery. I developed a color-coded system for the first six countries that is designed to scale as the brand grows, allowing new locations to be added while maintaining consistency. The packaging functions as both a display case and an informational piece, encouraging it to be kept rather than discarded. The logo features a question mark with a central swirl, representing curiosity and discovery, while the swirl itself is an abstract reference to both a seashell and an ocean wave, directly connecting to the brand’s concept.
Labrinth, Sia & Diplo Present... LSD Album Redesign
Illustrator + Blender + Photoshop + Lightroom
Goals
1. To create cohesive branding for the album that can be adapted across different types of media. 2. To create an engaging and powerful cover that reflects the vibe of the music and gets listeners excited for the album. 3. To create a 3D model for the album and develop a teaser animation for Instagram to help promote the release.
Information
All aspects of this project outside of the title Labrinth, Sia & Diplo Present... LSD and the background music used in the video were designed by me. The title and music are owned by Columbia Records, Sony Music Entertainment, and their respective rights holders. This project is inspired by the atmosphere and storytelling found throughout the album. I took photographs of trees using a slow shutter speed while slowly turning the camera upward to create a distorted and immersive visual effect. The album itself combines very different songs that still feel cohesive and connected through an overarching narrative about a relationship growing over time. The trees symbolize that growth while also helping create the feeling of entering another world, reflecting the introduction of the album’s “wonderful world” in the opening track. The group LSD is made up of three artists bringing their individual styles together into one unified project, which inspired me to approach the visuals in a similar way. Using Blender, I made the cover by having the tree photos as the background and created the letters LSD to be see through.
